Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eSite—Leasing—Lease Changes—(select from Lease Changes grid)
Selections on the Lease Changes selection grid are established during Resident / Tenant Setup and include Residents / Tenants and Occupants of all statuses.
Note
You can also display the Lease Changes Task Selection tab by clicking an apartment on the Resident Profiles Tab.
Use this tab to select a lease task to complete. The links available on this tab depend on the property type (established on the Properties Tab) for the current property. Please refer to the following descriptions for each link that might appear on the Lease Changes Task Selection tab.

Use this link to manage documents associated with a property, building, apartment, or lease. |

Use this link to save and store lease-related letters (such as application letters, move-in letters, invoices, late notices, and other letters associated with a specific lease or resident) in an eSite database. |

Use this link to print a move-in letter, if one has been previously defined. |

Use this link to print a lease addendum letter, if one has been previously defined. |

Use this link to print a lease letter, if one has been previously defined. |

When there is a renters insurance policy for the lease, the following display-only information appears on this tab: Insurance Status, Insurance Type, Insurance Policy #, Effective Date and Expiration Date. |

A section at the bottom of the page shows all credit checks run for the lease, so the following information may appear on the tab for each occupant: Occupant name, Order ID, credit agency Status, Last Status Update, Report Date, View Report (link to open report or "not ready"). If a credit check is processed correctly, then: If an error occurs, then: If the process times out, then: For VeriFirst Background Screening only, the information shown is the VeriFirst Report ID, date the credit check was processed, VeriGuide indicator, Decision (approve/deny), credit agency status, and Action (View Report link). |

For First American Renter's Insurance Only, the following display-only information appears on the tab when there is a renters insurance policy for a lease: Insurance Status, Insurance Type, Insurance Policy #, Effective Date, Expiration Date. |
