SDI Details Tab

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Leasing—Lease Changes—(select resident)—Security Deposit Interest Details

Use the tab to view security deposit interest information for a selected resident. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

NoteNote

User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.

SDI Details

Income Code

Select the income code used to apply interest earned as a result of calculating security deposit interest from the drop-down list. Income Codes are established on the Income Codes Tab.

Amount

The amount of security deposit eligible for interest calculations.

Accrued

Amount of interest accrued based on the security deposit amount.

Last SDI Date

The date when Calculate SDI was last ran. (Processing—Calculate SDI)
