Renters Insurance Tab

This tab appears when you click the Insurance icon

from the Insurance Occupants List. Use this tab to select a third party insurance agency for renters insurance when you want to add or edit renter's insurance details or print the Renters Insurance lease addendum.

User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.

Add Insurance

Click the button to select the insurance agency for the policy will be added. The Add Insurance page appears.

Policy No.

Policy number of the policy. Display only.

Name

Name of the owner of the policy. Display only.

Effective Date

Effective date for the policy. Display only.

Expiration Date

Expiration date for the policy. Display only.

Policy Status

Policy status: Active or Inactive. Display only.

Policy Type

Type of the policy. Display only.

Agency

Name of the insurance agency for the policy. Display only.
