Use this tab to add or edit resident profiles.
EZ Setup
Select this box when you want to complete an EZ
Setup. EZ Setup is a quick way to enter basic resident information into
the system, including the following data: names, lease dates, recurring
charges, deposits, and balances (prepaid and delinquent).
Click this box to remove the checkmark if you
want to complete a regular setup. The regular setup provides you with
the means to set up all the basic resident information plus data for the
following components: corporate client, profit center, addresses, demographics,
and search items.
Grid Fields
Bldg
The building associated with the resident profile.
Click the column heading to sort the list.
Apartment
The apartment associated with the resident profile.
Click an apartment link in this column to open the Lease
Changes Task Selection tab. Click the column heading to sort the list.
Salutation
The salutation associated with the resident name.
Click the column heading to sort the list.
First Name
The first name of the resident. Click the column
heading to sort the list.
MI
The middle initial of the resident. Click the
column heading to sort the list.
Last Name
The last name of the resident. Click the column
heading to sort the list.
Status
The status of the resident. Click the column heading
to sort the list.
Delete
Select the Delete Button to delete a resident
profile.

Add Resident
Select this button to add a new resident profile.

Find
Use the Find Button
to locate specific entries.
