Use this tab to create and print a letter. You can also 
 select to send the letter file to a recipient by email.
        
            Letter
            Select the letter template you want to use. Letter 
 templates are established on the Create 
 Data Template Tab.

            The Document list shows only the letters that are available 
 to be printed for the selected property, based on letter restrictions 
 set up on the Form Letters Tab. 
            Email Letter?
            Select this check box if you want the letter file 
 to be emailed to a designated email recipient.
            From
            This field is available only when the 
  Email Letter? 
 check box is selected. Type your email address.
            To
            This field is available only when the 
  Email Letter? 
 check box is selected. Type the email address of the recipient whom should 
 receive the file.
            Subject
            This field is available only when the 
  Email Letter? 
 check box is selected. Type the subject line for the email.
            Message (Comments/Disclaimer)
            This field is available only when the Email 
 Letter? check box is selected. Type the content of your email message 
 within the open text box. 
            Create Letter
            Click to create the letter that is to be printed 
 or emailed.
