The following snap-ins are available for eSite from your global and application Dashboard. Snap-ins may not support all property types. A message will appear and the item will not populate if the property type of the current property is not supported.
This item shows paid/delinquent analysis graph for the current period. This snap-in shows any transaction with a Date of Record that falls within the date range selected.
Adding a payment or billing causes the graph to adjust.
Fields include Property ID, Property Name, Billed (amount), Paid (amount), and a Graph icon.
TO USE THE SNAP-IN
View the information in the snap-in.
If Selected Properties is checked, charted data is for all selected properties.
If Use Selected Properties is unchecked, then the Current Property data is used.
Select Properties to view more than one property's information using these steps:
Click the Use Selected Properties box and the words become a link that reads: Select Properties.
Click the link, select properties from the Select Properties pop-up that appears, and then click Save. The graph updates with data for all selected properties.
Select the date range shown in the snap in.
At From date, enter a starting date or use the electronic calendar to select a date.
At Through date, enter an ending date or use the electronic calendar to select a date.
View a graph.
Click a graph icon to save your entries and then a graph appears. The graph shows Billed and Paid for a property by Code.
Click the X in the upper right corner to close the graph.

This item shows information about insurance certificates for commercial properties.

EFFECT OF POLICIES
The policy, Use CPI Increases, must be turned on to use this snap-in (Setup – Policies – Global Policies – Inter Property, Addl.)
If the policy is not turned on, "Global Policy 'Use CPI Increases' is not turned on" displays.
If the property type is not Commercial, "Current Property is not Commercial" displays.

This item provides information pulled from Guest Cards. It shows the follow-ups pending for the current date. You can select the Future Follow-Ups option to display follow-ups scheduled with a date in the future. The snap-in provides this information:

This item shows comments that were added using the Global Comment Tab. Changing the current property does not cause contents of the eSite Global Comment snap-in to update, as this comment is specific to the selected eSite database set, not the property.

This item shows, by agency, totals for units that are currently not covered by renters insurance. Pick the agency to view information for from the Insurance Agency drop-down list.
For the selected agency:
Current Uncovered Suites - Shows the number of suites that are currently uncovered.
Last 7 Days
Cancelled Policies - The number of cancelled policies in the last 7 days.
Reinstated Policies - The number of reinstated policies in the last 7 days.
Pending
New Policies - The number of new policies pending in the next 30 days.
Cancellations - The number of cancellations pending in the next 30 days.
Expirations within 30 days - The number of expirations pending in the next 30 days.
Insurance Agency - Select an insurance agency to view that agency's insurance activity.
Click to view Insurance website - A link to view the insurance overview page/website.
TO USE THE SNAP-IN:
Select an agency to view information for from the Insurance Agency drop-down list.
View information about the last 7 Days under the Last 7 Days heading.
View information about the next 30 days under the Pending heading.
View the insurance overview page or website - Select the Click to view Insurance website link. If a message appears that there is no content for the selected agency, then the content may be accessed from the Insurance Portal snap-in. Insurance Participation Snapshot
This item shows a snapshot of renters insurance participation for insurance agencies that are set up for a property. You pick the agency to view from the Insurance Agency drop-down list.
The information shown in the snap-in depends on which insurance agency you select from the drop-down list. Information in the snap-in may include:
Total Units - Total number of units at the property (matches the Property Status report).
Occupied Units - Number of occupied units at the property (matches the Property Status report).
Uncovered Units - Number of units that are uncovered by renters insurance at the property.
Participation % - The percentage for participation in renters insurance at the property [(Occupied Units minus Uncovered Units)] / Occupied Units] * 100.
Other 3rd Party Policies - The number of third party renters insurance policies at the property.
Registry TLC Policies - (First American Renters Insurance only) The number of First American Renters Insurance renters insurance policies at this property.

Leasing Agent Variance % (Graph)
This item shows a percentage for the variance for Leased rent vs. Market rent for each leasing agent. For example, a leasing agent showing 95% in the graph leased at Market rent 95% of the time.
Leased rent is the actual amount charged, including amounts charged to rent income codes and concession income codes.
Market rent is the amount that is charged in the market for a comparable unit.

This item shows a Move-Ins/Move-Outs bar graph for the date range selected. The graph defaults to Daily, and so the default shows 14 days starting from the From Date. The graph updates based on your selections.

Weekly - 1/21-1 (tool tip shows one move-out on January 21)
Monthly - Jan 21 (blue bar shows two move-ins)
Quarterly - Jan-Mar (red bar shows 6 move-outs)

The graph defaults to the property’s prior accounting period and works in conjunction with property goals, as set in Property Goal setup.
Occupancy percentage is shown for selected dates and calculated for each property using this formula:
“Total Occupied” units / number of “Total Units” * 100 = % on graph
Graph colors indicate whether above or below goal.
Bars are green for occupancy equal to or above goal.
Bars are red for occupancy less than goal.
Bars may be yellow when using Selected Properties to indicate that some properties have met the occupancy goal and some have not.

TO USE THE SNAP-IN:
Select the Apply/Lease ( link ) to allow the user to begin the Application or Add Tenant process for the unit. Property policies and security permissions (see NOTE below) control whether this icon is available and what page opens when the icon is clicked.
Select the Show On-Notice option to display units that are on-notice and soon to be available.
NOTE that the Add Application and Add Tenant permissions, needed for the Apply/Lease icon, are not the same. The former permission applies to residential properties only and the latter to commercial properties only.
