Filter Buttons in column headers allow you to change what appears in the grid.

Add Property Goal button

Select this button to add a new Property Goal to eSite. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.

Goal Type

The type of goal, which is selected from the drop-down box. These goals are hard-coded into the system.

Unit Type

The Unit Type associated with the Property Goal. Depending on the Goal Type, this field may be blank.

Goal Day of the Month

The day of the month to use as your goal date. Depending on the Goal Type, this field may be  editable or hard-coded into the system.

Value

The value associated with the Goal Type. Depending on the Goal Type, this field might be blank.

Delete

Use the Delete button to delete a Property Goal. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.

Reset button

Use the Reset button to discard changes to the grid.

Save button

Use the Save button to save changes to the grid. Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.

1. From the eSite menu, select Property—Additional—Property Goals. The Property Goals grid appears.
2. From the grid, click Add Property Goal.
3. From the Goal Type drop-down list, select a goal type.
4. From the Unit Type field, select a unit type. This option is available only when the type Max Available Units of Type is selected.
5. From the Goal Day of Month drop-down list, select the day of the month to use as your goal date. This option is available only when the type Delinquency Percent or Collections Percent is selected. Otherwise, the default is the first day of the month.
6. In the Value field, type the value that is appropriate for the goal type. For example, if your goal type is a percent type, enter a percentage (for example, "96" for ninety-six percent).
7. Click Save.

1. From the eSite menu, select Property—Additional—Property Goals. The Property Goals grid appears.
2. In the grid, click in a field and it becomes editable so you can make the desired changes. Use the Fields list for help.
3. Click Save.

1. From the eSite menu, select Property—Additional—Property Goals. The Property Goals grid appears.
2. Click the Delete button for the Property Goal you want to delete..The Property Goal is deleted from the grid immediately.
3. Click Save. The Property Goal is permanently deleted from the grid.
