CPI Increases Grid

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Leasing—Lease Changes—(select tenant)—CPI Increases

Use this grid to add, view, edit, or delete scheduled CPI increases.

ClosedFields

CPI Description

A description of the CPI increase.

Seq #

System-generated sequence number.

CPI Group Code

The CPI group code identifier.

Starting Date

The date the increase is scheduled to begin.

Base Period

This period identifies the CPI table index value assigned as the base to use when performing CPI calculations.

Delete Button

Select this button to delete a CPI increase.

Add CPI Button

Select this button to add a new CPI increase.
