Insurance Certificates Tab
Make the following selections from the menu to display
this page:
Leasing—Lease Changes—Insurance Certificates
Use this tab to add or edit information about a tenant's
insurance certificate for commercial properties (property type 6-Standard
Commercial).
Note
User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined
by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user
permissions, refer to the System Help.
Fields
Start Date
Enter the date the insurance certificate/policy
begins. Or, use the Calendar Button
to select a date.
Expire Date
Enter the date the insurance certificate
or policy expires. Or, use the Calendar
Button to select a date.
Certificate Recd
Enter the date you received the insurance
certificate or policy. Or, use the Calendar
Button to select a date.
Personal Injury
Enter the amount of the personal injury
coverage the tenant is insured for. Or, use the Calculator
Button to enter an amount.
Liability
Enter the amount of liability coverage the tenant
is insured for. Or, use the Calculator
Button to enter an amount.
Delete Button
Click to delete the insurance certificate record.
