Corporate Housing in eSite

To use Corporate Housing features, it is helpful if you understand the basic overall process for use. Read through the following to gain a clearer picture of how Corporate Housing works in eSite.

  1. Setup the units as part of the Standard property and as such prompt the system to recognize them as part of the Master Lease. A master lease is the lease that the Corporate Housing Property has on the unit in the Standard Property.
  2. Lease selected units from the Standard property to a separate company. For demonstration purposes, the separate company is labeled, Company B.
  3. Company B sets up a new virtual property to manage the leased units that are to be used as corporate housing.
  4. Company B completes any required setup options relating to the lease of the corporate housing unit such as, recurring charges or other default charges.
  5. Company B links the corporate units to the Standard property's original units held in the Master Lease.
  6. Company B sets up the Corporate Clients for each corporation leasing a corporate housing unit.
  7. Company B enters relevant guest card information for perspective residents and uses the Reservation Board to locate available housing based on specified search criteria.
