Corporate Housing is defined as a cluster of units leased from a parent property and set up by the leasing company under a separate virtual property as a furnished and fully serviced apartment community. This scenario allows leasing companies to sub-let units to various Corporate Clients or individual residents. eSite operates as a corporate housing property management system when the property type is set to 4-Corporate Housing on the Properties Tab.
