Make the following menu selections to display the Property Setup grid.
Use Property Setup to manage properties.
These fields appear on the initial form that opens for property setup.
Header
Add
Click to add a property. The Property Setup Tabs appear. Complete the tabs to add information about the property you are setting up.
Find
This field defaults to Property ID; however, if you click any underlined grid column title, the grid sorts based on the grid column title.
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and then select the Find button. The items that are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column titles to sort the list further.
Go
Use the Page field and the Go button to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one page.
Grid
Property ID
The property identification number. Click this column title to sort the list.
Property Name
The property name. Click this column title to sort the list.
Code
The policy code assigned to the property. Click this column title to sort the list.
Link
Click to link a property.
Unlink
Click to unlink a property.
Documents
One of the following icons appears in this column:
No documents are currently stored
for the property. Click the icon to upload documents for the property.
At least one document is currently
stored for the property. Rest your mouse pointer on the icon to see the
number of documents stored. Click the icon to view, add, or delete documents.
Note
The Documents link does not display on the Property Setup tab for eSite properties that are not linked in eService. For more information, refer to the Documents Tab instructions.
Add or edit property setup information using these tabs, which appear when you select a property from the grid to edit, or click the Add button to add a property.
