To Unlink a Property

You must have Access Rights to the eService property that you want to unlink. Verify your access rights in Access Rights setup.

  1. From the eService menu, select Setup—Properties.
  2. Click the Unlink icon for the property you want to unlink.
  3. Inspect the property tabs to confirm that it is the property you want to unlink.
  4. Click Confirm Unlink.

To Verify that the Property has been Unlinked

  1. Lookup and make note of the property, building, and unit number in eSite.
  2. From the eService menu, select Setup—Locations—Units.
  3. From the Current Property drop-down list on the Units Tab, select the property.
  4. Use the Find field and Find Button to search for the unit. If the property is unlinked, you should not be able to find the property in the list. However, if you find the property, the property is linked.
