Use the Billing tab to provide billing information for
the property.
Property Detail Link
Select this link, which displays above the tab,
to display the grid again.
Same as Main Address (check box)
This option defaults as checked.
Checked (default) - The system uses the information in Main Address on the Address Tab, including contact information, as the billing Address. This address and contact information displays automatically in the Address and Contact fields, but they are not editable unless you uncheck this box.
Unchecked - Uncheck the box when the Mailing Address, including contact information, is not exactly the same as the billing Address. When you do, the fields become editable. Then, make changes to the fields, as applicable.
Address
Enter the billing address for the property.
Zip / City / State
Enter the zip code, city, and state for the billing
address for the property.
Contact / Title
Enter the title of the contact person at this
billing address; for example, enter Mr., Ms., Mrs., and so forth.
Contact / First Name / M.I. / Last
Name
Enter the first name, middle initial, and last
name of the contact person at this billing address.
Contact /Suffix
Enter any applicable suffix for the contact person
at this billing address; for example, Jr.,
Sr., and so forth.
Phone
Enter a phone number for this billing address,
using the format three-digit area code + seven-digit phone number.
Fax
Enter a fax number for this billing address, using
the format three-digit area code + seven-digit fax number.
Email
Enter the contact person's email address at this
billing address.
Cancel
Click to stop without saving changes.
Save
Click to save changes.
