Companies Consolidated Tab - Simplified Setup

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

eFinancials—Setup—GL Setup—Companies—Consolidated Tab or
ePO—Setup—Companies—Consolidated Tab

Use this tab to set up or edit consolidation selections for the company.

Note

This tab displays only when the Consolidated option is selected on the General Tab.

Fields

Company

Enter a Company ID for the consolidation into the field, or click the Lookup Button to display the Select Company pop-up and select a company.

Percent

Enter the percentage of the financial data for the company that you want to consolidate. The consolidation can be made up of multiple companies. The percentage is usually 100% per company .

Delete

Use the Delete button to delete a company and its associated percentage from the consolidation. You are not deleting the company  itself; you are only deleting the company  from the consolidation.

Save

Select this button to save changes.
