Lookup Icon

The Lookup icon or button—a magnifying glass—displays next to many fields in eFinancials, ePO, Job Cost, Contracts, or Inventory. Click the button to display a drop-down list or a Select tab, and click an entry on the list to select it.

Some Lookups allow for type-ahead capability, showing ID and description in the type-ahead pop-up. Some allow filtering, so they only show you appropriate choices.
