Entities Consolidate Tab - Standard Setup

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

eFinancials—Setup—GL Setup—Entities—Consolidate tab or
ePO—Setup—Entities—Consolidate tab

Use this tab to add or edit consolidation selections for the entity. This tab displays only when the Consolidate option is selected on the General Tab.

Fields

Entity ID

Click the Lookup Button to display the Select Entity Tab and select an entity for the consolidation.

Pct %

Enter the percentage of the financial data for the entity that you want to consolidate. The consolidation can be made up of multiple entities. The percentage is usually 100% per entity.

Delete

Use the Delete button to delete an entity and its associated percentage from the consolidation. You are not deleting the entity itself; you are only deleting the entity from the consolidation.

Buttons

Cancel

Select this button when you want to stop without saving changes.

Save

Select this button to save changes.
