Effect of Property Policies Late Notices

Property policies define how eSite responds. For Invoices, property policies affect how the system handles how the system handles if and when the system should stop charging the late fee.

The choices are made in the in the Resident/Tenant category for property policies:

Setup—Policies—Property Policies—Resident/Tenant (category).

NOTE that an administrator can change policy settings. Caution should be exercised when altering defaults or established settings, as changes can have far-reaching effects on the way the system handles late notices.
