Late Notices Setup Overview

Late notices are used to calculate late charges, assess late charges, and generate late notices and eviction notices. Each late notice schedule contains a method for calculating late charges for the corresponding property and a reference to the letter to be printed as the notice. A late notice schedule code identifies multiple late notice schedules. The valid codes are also stored within each lease file to indicate the correct late charge calculation to be used.
