        To Print Late Notices
        
            - From 
 the eSite menu, select Processing—Late Notices.
- Click Select 
 Properties. Select the properties for which you want to run the 
 process and click Save.
- At Late 
 Schedule, use the drop-down to specify which late schedule to use 
 for assessing fees and printing late notices. Leave blank to process late 
 notices for all schedules at once. 
- Date 
 Assessed Through, defaults to the current system date. Accept the 
 default or enter another date to assess late fees through using the format 
 mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button 
 to select a date. 
- Due 
 Date, defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or 
 enter another date to define when late charges are due to be paid using 
 the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar 
 Button to select a date. 
- Text 
 Date, defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or 
 enter another date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar 
 Button to select a date. 
- At Calculate 
 Late Charges, check the box to have the system calculate the charges 
 as defined on the Late Notices Tab. 
 
- At Assess 
 Late Charges, check the box to bill the calculated fees to residents 
 who meet the late schedule criteria.
- At Print 
 Notices, check the box to print late notice letters for eligible 
 tenants.
- At PrintResident History, check the box 
 to print a full Resident History, sorted by transaction date, for each 
 eligible resident.
- At Suppress 
 Email, leave blank to enable the following email fields: From Email 
 Address, Email Subject, Email Body.
- At From 
 Email Address, if applicable enter the email address of the person 
 who should receive the late notice file. For example, sally.smith@abcproperty.com.
- At Email 
 Subject, if applicable type an email subject line. For example, 
 Late Notices March 2006.
- At Email 
 Body, use the open text field to type the body of your email. 
- Click Process.
