by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user
permissions, refer to the System Help.
Header
Information about the master unit displays in
the header, including building/unit number, unit type/subtype, status,
resident status, market rent, resident name and address. Links to the
Lease Profile, Fees
and Security, and Recurring Charges display as well.
Building/Unit
The "additional unit" building and unit
associated with the application or lease. Click the Lookup
to select a building/unit.
Application
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the applicant submitted
their application for the lease. Or, click the Calendar
button to select a date. This is a required field.
Approved
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the lease application
was approved. Or, click the Calendar button
to select a date.
Exp Move-In
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the applicant or lease
expects to move into the unit. Or, click the Calendar
button to select a date.
Move-In
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the applicant or lease
actually moved into the unit. Or, click the Calendar
button to select a date.
Notice
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) notice was given for
the applicant or lease to move out of the unit. Or, click the Calendar
button to select a date.
Expected Move-Out Date
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the move-out is expected.
Or, click the Calendar button to select a date.
Move-Out
Type the date of the move-out. Or, click the Calendar button to select a date.
Transfer
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the resident transfers
to another unit. Or, click the Calendar button
to select a date.
Delete
Click to delete the unit.
