Lease Profile Link

This Lease Profile link displays on various forms throughout eSite to provide easy access to lease profile information. For example, when entering an Intent to Vacate, use the Lease Profile link to view the resident's lease dates.

This is a display-only reference to a resident's or tenant's lease information and includes such detail as: unit ID, resident ID, rent and other charges, lease dates, current lease information, receivable detail, lease memos, active household demographics, renters insurance information, and more.

Property policies affect what is viewable on the profile. For example, if the property policy, Use Tracking ID is not selected, Tracking ID will not appear on the Lease Profile.

Note

The Lease Profile link is displayed only for users provisioned with the Lease Profile Link user security permission. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.
