GL Accounts Overview

As with any financial system, system entry and record keeping is based on an account number. Account numbers are linked to account titles. Ideally, an account title gives you a hint about the type of account; for example, Petty Cash. The Chart of Accounts that you use for your accounting is a list of accounts and their related titles that are used in your business.

Depending on the applications purchased by your company, general ledger account-related tabs can display from either eFinancials or ePO menus.
