Budget Export to Excel Tab
This tab displays when you select the Export
from Excel button on the Setup
Budgets Tab in eFinancials or ePO.
Use this button to export budget data from the system
to an Excel spreadsheet.
Prerequisites
Confirm that you have the required setup complete.
Refer to Export / Import
Budget Data Using Excel for more information.
To Export to Excel
- At Selected
EntityCompany,
select an EntityCompany
from the drop-down list.
- At Year,
select a budget year from the drop-down list.
- At Budget
Version, select a budget version from the drop-down list.
- At Income
and Expense Accounts, click this option is you want the export
to include budget amount for income and expense account types only.
- At All
Accounts, click this option is you want the export to include budget
amounts for all account types.
- At From
Account / Thru Account, click the Lookup
Button to display the Select
GL Account Tab, and select beginning and ending account number for
export.
- Select the Export to Excel button to export the budget amounts.
A file download message displays.
- Select the Open button. The Excel spreadsheet displays.
- Use Excel options
to continue.
