        Select Job
        This pop-up opens when you select the  
 icon  beside a Job field in eFinancials, 
 ePO, or Job Cost. Use this tab to select the job you want to associate 
 with the transaction.

        Jobs appearing on this list are established in the Job 
 Cost module using the Jobs menu option. 
 Refer to the Help for Job Cost for more information on setting up jobs. 
 
         Fields

            The following fields appear on the select page:
            Cancel 
            Click to exit without saving changes. 
            Include closed jobs
            Select the check box to include all closed jobs 
 in addition to any other jobs you are selecting, if any. The default is 
 unchecked.
            Job ID / Name
            The Job identification and name. Click the ID 
 or name to select the Job to be inserted into the field.

                - Click the lookup 
  next to the select job field. next to the select job field.
- Check the box for Include closed jobs if you want to 
 include closed jobs.
- Locate the job ID 
 you want to include. If necessary, sort the grid by clicking on a column 
 header or use grid pagination controls 
 to help you locate the job ID.
- Select the Job ID 
 for the job you want to include. The job identification appears in the 
 Job field on the previous page.
