A bank account is used to maintain incoming funds for a specified propertycompany and to make payments by check or direct deposit advice to cover accounts payable transactions for a specific propertycompany. Without a bank account, you cannot pay the bills for your business. Therefore, setting up bank accounts is required if you are going to write or print checks.
