To Edit User Designed Reports
  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—User Designed Reports—Call Report Builder. The Microsoft Report Builder opens.
  2. From Report Builder, in the Getting Started pane, select Open from Report Server.
  3. From the Open Report window, select the user designed report you want to edit and click Open.
  4. Make your desired changes to the report.
  5. From the File menu, select Save. This saves your report to the SSRS Server.
  6. If you want to save a copy of the report (.rdl) to a location on your computer, from the File menu, select Save to File and save the report to the location of your choice.
