Install Models and Reports Tab
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this tab:
Reports—User
Designed Reports—Install
Models and Reports
Use this tab to install data models and reports, and
to update the data source from your eSite Custom directory. For maintenance
purposes, use this tab to overwrite existing models and reports, or to
update the data source again.
Note
This feature is ordinarily used after an original eSite
installation, or after receiving updated data models or reports from AMSI.
Fields
Update Data Source
If you want to update the report data source (.ds),
keep this check box selected. Or, clear this check box if you do not want
to update the data source.
Install Models
If you want to install data models (.smdl) from
your eSite Custom directory, keep this check box selected. Or, clear this
check box if you do not want to install data models.
Install Reports
If you want to install reports (.rdl) from your
eSite Custom directory, keep this check box selected. Or, clear this check
box if you do not want to install reports.
Overwrite Existing Models
Select this check box if you want to overwrite
the currently installed data models with the models located in your eSite
Custom directory. Or, if you do not want to overwrite the existing data
models, keep this check box cleared.
Overwrite Existing Reports
Select this check box if you want to overwrite
the currently installed reports with the reports located in your eSite
Custom directory. Or, if you do not want to overwrite the existing reports,
keep this check box cleared.
Cancel
Click to cancel before starting the installation
process.
Install
Click to start the installation process.
