To Edit Tenant Recoveries
- From the eSite menu,
select Leasing—Lease Changes—(select
a tenant)—Recoveries and then
select a recovery from the Recoveries Grid.
Note
The Recoveries link is available only for commercial
properties and only if the Use Recoveries policy is selected on the Setup—Policies—Global Policies—Inter
Property Addl tab.
- Make the desired
changes on the Fee Definition
Tab.
- Make the desired
changes on the Formula tab.
- Make the desired
changes on the Exp Accounts
tab.
- Click Save.
