Resident Setup Tab
This tab appears above the resident-related profile and
balances tabs. Use this tab to select or view property-related data.
Fields
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field.
Building *
If you are adding, click the Lookup
Button to display the Select Unit tab and select a unit. Refer to
the Select Unit Tab for more information
on using this tab.
If you are editing, the field is display-only.
Unit *
If you are adding, click the Lookup
Button to display the Select Unit tab and select a unit. Refer to
the Select Unit Tab for more information
on using this tab.
If you are editing, the field is display-only.
Address
The address associated with building / unit combination.
The data comes from the Unit File.
Name
The resident name. The data comes from the Occupants
Tab. If you are adding, the field is blank.
Unit Status
The status of the unit. The status comes from
the Unit File.
Res. Status
The status of the resident. The status comes from
the Occupants Tab.
