Effect of Property Policies on Corporate Client Invoices

Property policies define how eSite responds. For Invoices, property policies affect how the system handles increasing base rent for a MTM lease, determines if the MTM fee should be automatically assessed to the resident's account and which income code to use for the MTM charge.  

The choices are made in the Lease Expirations and Move-Out categories for property policies:

Setup—Policies—Property Policies—(category).

NOTE that an administrator can change policy settings. Caution should be exercised when altering defaults or established settings, as changes can have far-reaching effects on the way the system handles your invoices for corporate clients.
