Corporate Client Statement letters have additional fields available for use when setting up the standard letter. These fields are not available for standard lease statement letters.

Corporate Client Charges Due Summary is a block field that contains the following:

Beginning balance
Any existing charge (summed by month and lease)
Expected charges (summed by month and lease)
Total balance

Suggested Tab Setup for this Section:

10 pt. font with tabs at 2.88 left, 3.88 left, and 5.88 right.

Note:

If the lease is associated with a Corporate Client, then all leases are included. If the lease is associated with a Standard lease, then only the individual leases are included.
