        Cash Receipt History Grid
        Make the following selections from the eSite menu to 
 display this page:
        Special—Housekeeping—Historical Data—Cash Rcpt History
        This menu option is available for properties with the 
 property type 6–Standard Commercial 
 only. 
        Each time a payment transaction is entered into the system 
 using Pay & Adjust, a record of that payment is added to the history 
 file. Use this tab to view or edit those transactions. 
        Selections appearing on this tab are established during 
 tenant setup and include tenants with a Current, Canceled, Leased, Previous, 
 Transfer In or Transfer Out status.
         Fields

            Building
            The building number for the tenant. 
            Suite
            The suite number for the tenant.
            Name
            The tenant name. Click the link to load the tenant 
 cash receipt history. Refer to Tasks to Complete for more information.
            Status
            The tenant status. 
            Buttons

            Finder
            
            Search
            
         
         To Add Cash Rcpt History

                - Select the Add button. The Add 
 Cash Rcpt History tab displays.
- Complete the tab 
 using the field list Cash Rcpt 
 History Tab.
- Click the Save 
 button when all data entry is complete.
- To continue, complete another cash rcpt 
 history task or select another menu option from the sidebar menu.
                
 
         To Edit Cash Rcpt History

                - Locate and select 
 the tenant for which you want to edit data. The Edit Cash Rcpt History 
 tab displays.
- Edit the tab using 
 the field list Cash Rcpt History 
 Tab.
- Click the Save 
 button when all data entry is complete.
- To continue, complete another cash rcpt 
 history task or select another menu option from the sidebar menu.
                
 
         To Delete Cash Rcpt History

                - Locate 
 the line item you want to delete on the Cash Rcpt History tab.
- Select the Delete  button in the Delete column on 
 the grid. A delete confirmation message displays. button in the Delete column on 
 the grid. A delete confirmation message displays.
- Select OK 
 to confirm the deletion. The system deletes the history line item.
- To continue, complete 
 another cash rcpt history task or select another option from the sidebar 
 menu.
