Cash Receipt History Tab

Use this tab to add, edit or delete payment transactions within the tenant's cash history file.

The Cash Receipt History function is available for properties with the property type 6–Standard Commercial only.

Income Code *

Select the income code to apply to the transaction from the drop-down list. Income Codes are established on the Income Code Tab.

Date of Record *

Enter a date of record for the transaction using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date. Every ledger transaction is assigned a date, the Date of Record, which is associated with an accounting period. For a transaction to post, this accounting period must be active.

Transaction Amount *

Enter the amount of the transaction using the format 0000.00. Or use the Calculator Button to figure an amount.

Recovery Year End

If applicable, enter the recovery year end date using the format mm/yyyy.

Invoice Number

Enter the assigned invoice number.

Invoice Date

Enter an invoice date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or , use the Calendar Button to select a date.

Sales Category

Select the sales category the transaction should apply to from the drop-down list. Sales Categories are established in Sales Categories Setup.

Period Reported

Enter the period the transaction should be reported using the format mm/yyyy.
