GoTo Button
The GoTo button displays on various screens within the
system. As you add data to the system, the grid pages can become long
lists. Many grids include a GoTo button that
you can use to search for grid items. For example, you may use the GoTo
button to search for buildings or units or unit types.
To Use the GoTo button
- Select an option
from the drop-down list. For example, if you want to go to a unit based
on the type of unit, select Type from the drop-down
list.
- Type a description
in the field beside the drop-down box. For example, enter 2B2B
for all two bedroom and two bath units.
- Click the GoTo
button. The list in the grid updates based on your selection criteria.
- Click any underlined
column heading to sort the list, if necessary, and locate a unit.
