Finder Button

The Finder button displays on various screens within the system, and assists you to find a resident using the fields listed below.

ClosedTo Use the Finder Button

  1. Click Finder.... A dialog box displays.
  2. Select or de-select Multi-Property, and then select either By Name or By Search Topic.
  3. Enter values into the fields that display after you complete Step 2.
  4. Click GO. A results page displays.
  5. Select a link on the results page. The system loads resident information into the tab from which you originally selected the Finder button.

ClosedFields

Multi-Property

Accept the default to search on all properties, or de-select to search on the current property.

By Name

Select this option to search by Name. A Name field displays so you may enter a name or string on which to search.

By Search Topic

Select this option to search by topic. Topic and Value fields display. Select a topic from the drop-down and type a value into the Value field.

GO

After making selections and entering values into the tab, click GO to search. A results page displays.
