Password Expiration

When attempting to log on to the system, you might receive a message notifying you that your password will soon expire. Or, you might receive notice that your password has already expired. This might be due to your password expiration period, or an administrator might have manually expired all passwords since the last time you logged on to the system. To continue, you must create a new password.

ClosedTo Create a New Password

  1. From the Login page, in the Old Password field, type the password that expired.
  2. At New Password field, type a new password.
  3. At Retype field, type your new password again.
  4. Click Login.
