To Add Marketing Code Mappings
Follow this procedure to identify marketing
sources when credit checks are sent to Renters Insurance.
- Verify
that the option Track Marketing Sources to set
to Yes or Require (Setup—Policies—Property Policies—Additional Options category).
- Verify
that the credit agency is set up under Setup—Global—Credit Agency.
- Add
an account for the credit
agency you want to map.
- Add
credit check service packages for the
credit agency.
- For
marketing sources that you want to map to the credit agency, enter a unique
code for the credit agency into the appropriate Source
Code field in Marketing
Sources Setup.
When you run a credit check
on an application, information about the package and marketing source
as well as indicators for affordable housing/affordable housing voucher
are sent to the credit agency.
