This tab appears when you click Add Account or select an account from the Credit Insurance/Agency Accounts grid. Use this tab to add or edit account data associated with a credit or insurance agency account.
Not all of the following fields display for every agency. The fields that display depend on the credit or insurance agency being set up.
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates a required field; however, not all agencies require the same fields.
Property
The display-only identification of the property associated with the credit or insurance agency.
Property Identifier
This field is used only for certain credit agencies. Select an identifier from the drop-down list. The following identifiers are possible: Standard, Multi-User, Consumer, Alternatives.
Account Number *
Enter the unique account number provided by the credit or insurance agency. This account number links the property and the applicable resident to that agency.
Property Name
This field defaults to the name of the property you are currently have selected. Confirm that the name is correct. Edit the field if necessary.
Agency
When adding an agency, this field defaults to the credit or insurance agency with which the property is routinely associated. Accept this default or select another agency from the drop-down list. Entries appearing on this list are established on the Credit/Insurance Agencies Tab.
When editing an agency, this field is display-only.
Note
When setting up an account for which the agency is Trak 1, you must specify the version (1 or 2) of the interface. The version can be edited later. When a credit check is run for an applicant, the credit check process uses the specified version to post the XML to the appropriate URL, as provided by Trak-1.
Auto-save credit report to Lease Documents
This field is used only for the credit agency ResidentData. Select this check box if you want the system to save the credit report document as a lease document (.htm) in eSite. It will be accessible at Leasing—Lease Changes—Documents.
Management Co. ID
Enter the management company identification. This field may not display for all agencies.
Source Organization ID
Enter the source organization identification. The agency must provide you with the code that identifies AMSI as the source organization. This field may not display for all agencies.
Require Email
This option defaults as unchecked. Accept this default if you do not want the system to require an email address for the applicant on the credit check page.
Select this check box if you want the system to require an email address for the applicant on the credit check page.
Insurance Agency Box
Complete fields in this box when you are setting up an insurance agency.
Note
If the you have permission to override the requirement for insurance, you can continue with the move-in without a policy. Refer to Overview Effect of Permissions for more information.
Insurance Agency
This option defaults as unchecked. Accept this default if you do not want the system to display the name of the selected insurance agency in the drop-down list of available insurance agencies on the Renter’s Insurance form.
Select this check box if you want the name of the selected insurance agency to appear in the drop-down list of available insurance agencies on the Renter’s Insurance form.
Require Insurance (Move-in)?
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency.
This option defaults as unchecked. Select this check box if you want to require renters insurance. Applicants will not be allowed to move in unless the application has a record of the resident's enrollment in renters insurance.
Require Insurance (Renewal)?
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency.
This option defaults as unchecked. Select this check box if you want to require renters insurance on lease renewal. Applicants will not be allowed to renew unless the application has a record of the resident's enrollment in renters insurance.
Website Login ID
Enter the login identification assigned to you by the insurance agency.
Website Login Password
Enter the login password assigned to you by the insurance agency.
Resident Login URL
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency. Enter the URL that can be printed in a welcome letter as a merge field. This URL can be used by residents to log into their account online and update their insurance information.
Post New Insurance URL
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency.
Enter the URL that is used to open a new window into the FASR Web site so the leasing agent can enter insurance details for the resident.
Cancellation URL
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency.
Enter the URL that eSite will use to send a cancellation request to Renters Insurance.
Get Coverage URL
Enter the web site address to request coverage information from the selected insurance agency.
This field does not display for all insurance companies.
Post New URL
This field is displays only when RI - FASR Renters Insurance is the selected agency. Enter the web site address assigned to you by the insurance agency. eSite uses this address to post new insurance policy application data to the insurance agency’s web site whenever you submit a renter’s insurance application.
This field does not display for all insurance companies.
XML Tag
Enter the XML tag assigned to you by the insurance agency. This tag enables the system to link to the insurance agency and transmit the correct data.
This field does not display for all insurance companies.
