Rentable Items Policies Overview

Rentable items are specific things that can be rented to residents by any property or by a selected set of properties. Parking spaces or storage lockers are examples of rentable items.

When activated and set up, the rentable items option provides an itemized list of potential rentable items and the monthly rate for their rental. Rentable items setup also allows you to build an accounting trail by including rentable items in a general ledger account transaction.
