Use this tab to manage rentable items policies. Policies
on this tab have default selection applied. Edit policies to customize
the set up for your business. The policies you set up apply to the entire
system.
Allow multiple current occupants
This option defaults as selected. Accept this
default if you want the system to make all rentable items available at
all times. When accepted, the system disables the remaining options.
Clear this check box if you do not want the system
to make all rentable items available at all times. When you remove the
checkmark, the remaining options on this tab are editable.
Note
The system uses the Login date as the basis of calculating
current and future leases. In addition, a rentable item is always available
to the current resident regardless of the policy selection you make.
Allow multiple future leases
This option defaults as cleared. Accept this default
if you do not want the system to display items that have recurring charges
in either lease charges or renewal details that begin on a date after
the Login date.
Select this check box if you want the system to
display items that have recurring charges in either lease charges or renewal
details that begin on a date after the Login date. More items display
when you select this option.
Allow future leases on a currently occupied item
This option defaults as cleared. Accept this default
if you do not want the system to display items that have currently active
charges based on the Login date in the available list of items.

in the available list of items. More items appear when you select this
option.
