Prospects explore the possibility of leasing in a variety of ways and a guest card is created to record many details. This report provides a detailed guest card listing for a specified date range and includes a summary section at the end of the report that can be used for quick, at-a-glance figures.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
From Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the first day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Thru Date *
Printing the report calls for a date range to print from. Enter the last day of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to display a date.
Leasing Agent(s)
Select the leasing agent or agents from the selection list. Highlight the agent name to select it. Leasing Agents are established on the Leasing Agent Tab.
NOTE that even when selected here, leasing agents that have zero activity do not appear on the report.
Include Phone Calls (check box)
Accept the checked default to include phone calls received during the report date range or uncheck to exclude them.
Include Traffic (check box)
Accept the checked default to include traffic visited during the report date range or uncheck to exclude them.
Include Internet Visits (check box)
Accept the checked default to include visits to your property's website by prospective guests during the report date range or uncheck to exclude them.
Sort By
Select how to sort the report data; by Guest Card or by Date Needed.

The following report details assume all defaults are selected.
Prospect Detail
Guest / Roommates
The name of the prospective resident, i.e., the guest or roommates, who inquired about your property by phone, a personal visit, or through you Web site.
Address / Phone / Email
The guest or prospective roommate's address, telephone number, and email address.
University
The name of the guest's school, up to 100 characters.
This field appears only for student housing properties (Property Type 3 -Student Housing).
Class Standing
The year (YYYY) the student is expected to graduate.
This field appears only for student housing properties.
Home Zip Code
The student's home zip code.
This field appears only for student housing properties.
Type Desired / Date Needed / Desired Term / Requirements
Type Desired
The type of unit the prospect is interested in leasing.
Date Needed
The date the prospect needs to lease a unit by.
Desired Term
The lease term desired by the prospect.
Requirements
Requirements for leasing that the prospect may have shared during their via phone or visit.
Unit Shown / Next Appt. Date / Follow up Date / Qualified
Unit Shown
The unit the leasing agent showed the prospect during their visit.
Next Appt. Date
The date of the next appointment scheduled with the prospect.
Follow up Date
The follow-up date scheduled for the prospect.
Qualified
Indicates whether the guest met your property's preliminary qualifications, Yes or No.
Mkt. Source / Moving CD / Community / Price Range
Mkt. Source
The Marketing Source the prospect stated was their reason for phone call or visit.
Moving Cd
The Moving Reason Code.
Community
The current Community.
Price Range
The Price Range.
Contacts - Type / Date/time / Agent / Action
Type
The type of contact made—P for Phone, V for Visit, or I for Internet.
Date/time
The date of the prospect's initial contact with the property.
Agent
The leasing agent's ID who took the phone call, showed the property, or replied to the internet inquiry.
Action
The Visit Action Code.
Status / Card No / GC Action / Act. Date
Status
The Resident's most recent status, based on Application date. The value of this column varies depending on the result of the prospect contact. If the prospect leased a unit, then the unit status shows as Leased. If the prospect did not lease a unit, then the guest card contact type is shown as Phoned or Visited.
When using Global Guest cards, this is the Resident's most recent status, based on Application date, and includes Leases that were based on the original Guest Card.
Card No
The Guest Card number.
GC Action
The Guest Card Action.
Act. Date
The Guest Card Action Date.
Comment Date / Comments / Comment Initiator
Free form comments entered on the Guest Card appear on this line, including the date of the comment and the name of the person who entered the comment.
Phone Calls
Total Phone Calls
The total count of phone calls received during the report date range.
Qualified Phone Calls
The count of phone calls received from prospects during the report date range and that initially met your property's qualifying criteria.
Calls Converted to Traffic
The count of prospects that originally phoned your property that actually visited the property during the report date range.
Traffic
Total Traffic
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count traffic as affects this calculation.
The count of prospects who visited your property during the report date range.
Return Visits
The count of prospects with a Visit or Return date during the report date range and whose qualified flag is set to Y.
Net Traffic
The count of prospects with a Visit date during the report date range.
Leased
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count traffic as affects this calculation.
The count of guest cards who have been assigned a lease and whose status satisfies the definition of Leased according to the above-mentioned property policy.
Internet Visits
Total Internet Visits
The property policy, Leasing activity reports count traffic as affects this calculation.
The count of prospects who visited your property's website during the report date range.
Qualified Internet
The count of prospects who visited your property's website during the report date range and that initially met your property's qualifying criteria.
Internet Converted to Traffic
The count of prospects that originally visited your property's website that actually later physically visited the property during the report date range.
Source of Traffic
Shows a listing of traffic sources, including the Traffic Source Code for the Traffic Type, and the Count for each source.
Agent
Shows a listing of leasing agents that have activity on the report, and includes their initials, name, and for each agent shows a count for the number of inquiries by Phone, Visit, Internet, and Return (visits).
