Visit Action Codes Overview
A Visit Action Code is a user-defined code created for use on a Guest Card . It is used to identify actions associated
with a Visit from a prospective resident.
For example, a Visit Action Code could be Apartment
Tour or Too Expensive.
When a user enters a Guest Card with a Visited
contact type, any Visit Action Codes that you set up appear on a drop-down list. The user
selects a code to indicate:
- a type of action,
- the prospective
resident's response, or
- any special follow-up that the property manager
might take following the action.
The
actions you define should apply directly to your property and the type
of traffic you expect to encounter.
Setting up Visit Action Codes is optional.
