Moving Reason Codes Overview

Moving Reason codes are used to identify why prospective residents want to leave their current housing situation.

When a user enters a Guest Card,  any codes you set up appear for selection in the Moving Reasons drop-down list. The reasons you define should apply directly to your property and the type of traffic you expect to encounter.

Setting up Moving Reasons is optional.

To require the entry of a Moving Reason on a guest card, this policy must be selected.

ClosedEffect of Permissions

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
