Prorate Calculations Overview

Based on the policy and prorate type settings, eSite applies one of the following three types of prorate calculations to compute the dollar amounts billed or credited to residents during a move-in or move-out:

Prorate Move-In Charge
Prorate Move-Out Charge
Prorate Move-Out Credit
