Prorate Move-In Charge

A resident is charged a prorated amount if they move into a unit on any day other than the first day of the month. Prorated move-in charges consider the Start Prorate Date to be equal to the Move In Date and the Next Bill Date to be equal to the Charge Due Date plus the Frequency of the Billing or Charge.
