Prorate Move-Out Credit

A resident is given a prorate credit if they move out on any day other than the first day of the month and have already been billed a full month's rent. For instance, Resident A moves out on 01/05/2005 but has already been billed a full month's rent on 01/01/2005. When the move-out is entered into the system, eSite credits Resident A's account for these dates 01/06/2005 - 01/31/2005 billing only for the dates the resident occupied the unit, 01/01/2005 - 01/05/2005. eSite figures that charge based on policy settings and prorate types.
