Zip Codes Setup

To display the Zip Codes setup grid, select:

Setup—Global—Zip Codes

Use the grid to add, edit, or delete guest card zip code codes.

Note Note

Filter Buttons Filter button in column headers allow you to change what appears in the grid.

Field List

ClosedGrid Fields

 

Note Note

A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field or selection.

Add Zip Code button

Select this button to add a new zip code to eSite. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.

Zip Code *

A numeric code for the zip code; for example, 33607 for Tampa, Florida.

City *

The city associated with the zip code; for example, Tampa.

State *

The state associated with the zip code; for example, Florida.

Country *

The country associated with the zip code; for example,USA.

Delete Delete icon

Use the Delete button to delete a zip code. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.

Reset button

Use the Reset button to discard changes to the grid.

Save button

Use the Save button to save changes to the grid. Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.

 

 

Procedures

ClosedTo Add a Zip Code

  1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Global—Zip Codes.
  2. From the Zip Codes Grid, click Add Zip Code.
  3. Enter zip code information into the fields that appear, tabbing between fields.
  4. Click Save.

ClosedTo Edit a Zip Code

  1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Global—Zip Codes. The Zip Codes grid appears.
  2. Click in a field and it becomes editable so you can make the desired changes. Use the Fields list for help.
  3. Click Save.

NoteNote

You cannot edit the Zip Code field.

ClosedTo Delete a Zip Code

  1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Global—Zip Codes.
  2. From the Zip Codes grid, click the Delete buttonDelete iconfor the zip code you want to delete..The zip code is deleted from the grid immediately.
  3. Click Save. The zip code is permanently deleted from the grid.
