Corporate Clients
To display the Corporate Clients grid, select:
Setup—Global—Corporate Clients
Use the grid
to view and manage corporate clients.
Use the General,
Address, and More
Contact Info tabs to view, add, or edit information for a corporate
client. These tabs appear when you:
- Click the Add
Corporate Clients button at the top of the Corporate Clients grid.
- Click a link
for a corporate client in the ID column
of the Corporate Clients grid.
Note
Before Corporate Client Invoices can be generated and
printed, corporate client set up must be completed.
Field Lists
Grid Fields
Note
in column headers allow you to change what appears in
the grid.
Add Corporate Client button
Click the button to add a new corporate client.
ID
The corporate client identification. Click the
link to view or edit corporate client and grouping details.
Description
The description of the corporate client.
Belongs to
The corporate client group to which the corporate
client belongs. Refer to Overview
for more information.
Delete
Click the Delete icon
to delete a corporate client.
General Tab Fields
Note
A red circle ( ) indicates a required
field.
Corporate Client
An identification label for the corporate client
(for example, BNA for Big National
Airline).
Name
A description for the corporate client (for example,
Big National Airline).
Belongs To
Select a corporate client from the drop-down list
to make this corporate client subordinate to another corporate client.
For more information on using this field, refer to Grouping Corporate
Clients in the Corporate Clients
Overview.
If there is no relationship with another corporate
client, leave the field blank (default).
Save button
Use the Save button to save changes.
Address Tab Fields
Note
A red circle ( ) indicates a required
field.
Line 1
First line of the mailing address for the corporate
client.
Lines 2 / 3 / 4
Any additional lines for the mailing address.
City / State / Zip
The city, state, and zip code associated with
the mailing address for the corporate client.
Country
The country associated with the mailing address
for the corporate client.
Save button
Use the Save button to save changes.
More Contact Info Fields
Preferred Method of Contact
The preferred method of contact for the corporate
client using the information shown in this tab. Options that can be selected
from the drop-down list are:
By Phone1
By Phone2
By Phone3
By Email
By Fax
Email
The email address for the corporate client.
Fax
The fax number for the corporate client.
Contact 1 / 2 / 3
Contact information for the corporate client,
including title, first name, middle initial, last name, and phone number
of the contact.
The Preferred
Method of Contact field refers to contact information you enter
into these fields.
Notes
Freeform notes about this corporate client; you
can enter a maximum of 255 characters.
Save button
Use the Save button to save changes.
Procedures
To Add a Corporate Client
- From the eSite menu, select
Setup—Global—Corporate
Clients.
- From the Corporate
Clients Grid, click Add Corporate Client.
- Complete the fields
on the General Tab. Use the General
Tab Fields list for help.
- Complete the fields
on the Address Tab. Use the Address
Tab Fields list for help.
- Complete the fields
on the More Contact Information Tab.
Use the More Contact Information Tab Fields list for help.
- Click Save.
To Edit a Corporate Client
- From the eSite menu, select
Setup—Global—Corporate
Clients.
- From the Corporate
Clients Grid, select the ID link
for the corporate client you want to edit.
Three tabs appear.
- Make changes to the
GeneralTab,
Address Tab, or More
Contact Info Tab. Use the fields lists for help.
- Click Save.
To Delete a Corporate Client
- From the eSite menu, select
Setup—Global—Corporate
Clients.
- From the Corporate
Clients Grid, click the Delete
icon for the corporate client you want to delete.
- Click OK.
