Corporate Clients Overview
A corporate client is a corporation with which you have
a business relationship. For example, if your company provides housing
for the airline personnel of a national airline in particular locations
and at reduced rates, you can set up that relationship in the system as
a corporate client.
Corporate clients are defined globally with a corporate
client ID. After being set up, corporate client options can be used to
complete a number of tasks.
- You can attach a
corporate client ID to a lease file when entering a resident profile.
- You can use that
corporate client ID to group residents for both reporting purposes and
for bulk payment entry.
- When generating statements
and invoices, you can generate specifically for each corporate client.
- You can build multi-level
corporate clients.

Grouping Corporate Clients
You can group many corporate
clients into one corporate client. As you add corporate clients, those
clients appear on the drop-down list for the Belongs To field on the General Tab.
Knowing that, you can build
multi-level corporate clients. For
example, add BNA—Big National
Airline as your master
corporate client and subordinate corporate clients like BNAA—Big National
Airline Atlanta, BNAC—Big National
Airline Chicago, and
BNAW—Big National
Airline Washington.
Use the Belongs
To field to associate the subordinate corporate clients with the
master corporate client. Using this set up methodology allows you to keep
records and create documents for each subordinate corporate client. In
addition, you can keep records and create documents for the master corporate
client that includes data for the subordinate corporate clients.
Generating Statements and Invoices for Corporate
Client
You can generate statements and invoices for a specific
corporate client. However, you must set up the applicable letters using
corporate-client specific fields on the following tabs:
- Create Data Template
Tab
- Corporate Client
Statements Tab
- Corporate Client
Invoices Tab
Tracking Corporate Client Delinquencies
For a listing of aged delinquencies specifically for
corporate clients, print a copy of the Corporate
Client Delinquency report. This report includes the same selection
criteria as the standard Aged Delinquency Report, but allows you to specify
a particular corporate client and print only those leases associated with
the corporate client you selected.
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
